When you are creating classes in your schedule, you can set an end date so it will be a limited class, or you can leave the date to the default (10 years into the future) essentially meaning this class is ongoing until you want to extend the date or end it earlier – this creates what we refer to as a perpetual class. Any closures you may have for school holidays, public holidays or centre closures can be covered by Do Not Bill Periods. Having these in place will mean that anyone enrolled in the classes will not be billed for those closure dates, but you do not have to recreated your schedule again after each closure – amazing, right?
