Do you field high volumes of calls and emails or expend a lot of time and energy answering questions and repeating information you have already provided like it’s Groundhog Day? You know the types of questions – 

“Do we have lessons on a Public Holiday?”…

“What time is Sarah’s lesson again?”….

“When do lessons start back after the holidays?”…

“What is the last lesson date for this block?”…

“What is my account balance?”…

“Does Andrew have any make-up lessons left?”…

“Can you book him in for me? On no, I can’t do that date or this date, do you have anything else?”...

… and on it goes.

The Customer Portal has been designed to answer all of these questions for you. Families can login at their leisure any time of the day or night to check their upcoming lesson dates and times, and whether or not they have a lesson on a certain date. They can also view their attendance history for each student for those forgetful moments. It may take a brief period of educating families with a response of “Oh you can check that in your Customer Portal!” and before you know it, these types of questions won’t be such a pain point any longer.
